Organize your Crochet or Knitting projects in this easy-to-make bag. There are pockets for storing yarn, needles and your favorite patterns. The 20" bag folds out to 40", making it easy to access your materials, and the handles make it convenient to carry from room to room or to your next knitting or crochet class.

Materials needed:

  • 16" x 40" outer fabric (pre-quilted)
  • 16" x 40" lining fabric
  • Two 8" x 16" extra heavy weight tear-away interfacing
  • One 12" x 16" clear vinyl (medium weight)
  • One 19½" x 12" clear vinyl
  • Two strips 12" x 1½" lining fabric
  • Two strips 19½" x 2" of lining fabric
  • Four 8½" x 9" fabric for handle tabs
  • Two 8½" x 4"" Fabric for side tabs
  • Four 1" buttons
  • Two 14" x ¼" pieces of elastic
  • Two 15" dowels for handles
  • One spool thread to match fabric
  • One water-soluble fabric marker
  • Ruler
  • Medium weight tear-away stablizer
  • Fabric spray adhesive
  • Embroidery thread for the embroidery design (see color chart file)
